Talent Agent - Acting Department

Revolution Talent is one of the UK’s leading talent agencies, representing some of the best talent in the UK and internationally.

After celebrating our 5th anniversary we are looking to expand the team further by bringing in a new agent to develop their own roster of successful clients.

Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited too.

Liaising with clients, casting directors and producers
Building on existing connections and forging new ones
Being proactive in searching for work for clients
Negotiating and securing contracts
Keeping up to date with the market and industry movements
Being a reliable and honest team player and point of contact for all clients
Knowledge of both UK and US market and contracts
Outstanding written and communication skills

You will need at least one year’s experience working as a talent agent and have a good working knowledge of the industry.

Talent Agent - Lit Department (Writers, Directors, Producers, Screen Rights)

Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited too.

Liaising with clients, development teams, producers, broadcasters, financiers etc
Building on existing connections and forging new ones
Being proactive in searching for work for clients
Negotiating and securing contracts
Supporting the early development of new projects
Keeping up to date with the market and industry trends/movements
Being a reliable and honest team player and point of contact for all clients on the lit side
Knowledge of UK, EU and US markets and contracts (and wider!)
Outstanding written and communication skills

You will need to have two to three years’ experience of agenting / managing on the lit side of the industry, feel ready to start building your own client list and have a good working knowledge of the business.

Claire originally trained as an actress in LA before returning to the UK to embark on a career in talent management.

She began working at Grantham Hazeldine, where she worked for a number of years successfully building her own list focussing mainly on leading musical theatre actors. She then worked at Markham, Froggatt and Irwin and United Agents working across TV, Film and Theatre for both high profile clients and new, up-and-coming talent.

Claire is passionate about working, on a one to one basis, with her clients to carve out successful careers both here in the UK and internationally.
